Indian Patient Seeks Medical Help from Jen-Ai Hospital Founder |

Advised by a local friend in Taiwan, Aranganathan Shanmuga, a post-doctoral fellow from National Chung Hsing University, sought medical help from Jen-Ai Hospital Founder, Dr. Chuan-shen Liao. Suffering from long bouts of rashes as a result of pre-existing kidney condition, Mr. Shanmuga, an Indian national, insisted to see Dr. Liao, a Dermatologist, as he was told that Dr. Liao was extremely famous in Taichung. After undergoing 3 treatments as prescribed by Dr. Liao, Mr. Shanmuga is happy to say that his rash has been miraculously cured and recommends other foreigners to seek help from this great doctor.

Site Visit to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, U.S.A |

Taking advantage of the Double Ten Holidays, Joanna Chang, Project Coordinator of International Patient Center, went to visit Northwestern Memorial Hospital ( http://www.nmh.org/nmh/home.htm ) in the U.S.. This hospital is the primary teaching hospital for Northwestern University's School of Medicine and a major midwest referral center. Northwestern Memorial Hospital has been chosen as the "Most Preferred" hospital in Chicago area for 12th straight year and its clinical specialties have consistently been ranked among the very best in the country in the U.S. News & World Report's annual "America's Best Hospital" list.
