I would like to compliment
Jen-Ai Hospital for a job well done, but I do have a few
suggestions. Firstly, you need more signs in English to
direct foreigners who don't speak any Chinese to the right
places. Secondly, not that it's a complaint, but I personally
did not like the fact I jumped the queue (although I was
seen very quickly). I did not know when I was going to
see the doctor and I wanted the nurse to just tell me
in English and then I could have waited. I believe in
being fair. |

Mark Chan, Project
Manager
Management Center, Jen-Ai Hospital - Dali
On behalf of Jen-Ai Hospital, I would
like to thank you for your compliment and suggestions
on how to improve our services. We are in the process
of changing our signs to accommodate our growing number
of foreign patients that are coming to our hospital. At
the same time, we are organizing "International Patient
Center", which is tentatively scheduled to open in
the summer of 2003. With our new program in place, we
hope to alleviate the inconvenience that foreign patients
have to tolerate, when seeking medical services in the
Taichung area. Thank you again for voicing your concerns.
We are constantly looking forward to improving our services. |

Perfect! Everything was perfect
and all the tests went very smoothly! The nurse originally
told me that the health examination will take the entire
morning, but the examination finished by 10:30 am. Thank
you for taking good care of me! I will recommend everyone
to go to Jen-Ai Hospital, if they have to go to a hospital.
The service was absolutely perfect! |
