TAICHUNG, JEN-AI HOSPITAL - DALI

　　Jen-Ai Hospital:Dali was recognized as being a sponsor for their small contribution to the Taichung Unlocked Guidebook, the first English guidebook about Taichung. Mark Chan, the Project Manager of Jen-Ai Hospital International Patient Center, was invited to attend the semi-formal "Taichung Unlocked" Launching Party at the Angsana Health Club in Tiger City on Thursday, October 16 from 6:30pm ~ 9:00pm, to accept the complimentary guidebook on the hospital's behalf. Activities such as cocktail party with hors d'oeuvres prepared by Aerie restaurant; speech delivered by honorary guest, Jason Hu, the Taichung City Mayor; raffle drawing of the framed picture of the guidebook cover; special fireworks for this occasion; etc. were arranged. Approximately 50 friends and families of foreign expatriates, local businessmen and members of the International Women's Association of Taichung (IWAT) attended this event.

This 400-page book was coordinated and compiled by the key, a non-profit organization founded in March 2002. However, in August 2003,
the key was taken under the wing of the International Women's Association of Taichung (IWAT) to ensure the continuity and future survival of this guidebook for the foreign communities in Taichung. The guidebook, in which Jason Hu has personally agreed to purchase 100 copies for the Taichung City, will be sold in many respectable bookstores such as Caves Bookstore, Eslite Bookstore, etc. The cost of the Taichung Unlocked Guidebook is NT$ 600.
