TAICHUNG, JEN-AI HOSPITAL - DALI
¡@¡@For the past
year and a half, Jen-Ai Hospital - Dali has participated in
various activities to further develop the International Patient
Center program at the hospital. Not only did Jen-Ai Hospital - Dali focus on the internal aspects of the program with basic
foundations being formed and modified, the hospital also focused
on the external aspects of the program by interacting with
various international organizations. The following are just
some of the activities that Jen-Ai Hospital - Dali participated
this month:

Site Visit to Hospitals in Singapore 1 |

Mark Chan, Program Director of International
Patient Center, went on a business trip and visited
a number of renowned hospitals in Singapore. Hospitals
that Mark Chan visited, included: National University
Hospital ( http://www.nuh.com.sg
); Singapore General Hospital (http://www.sgh.com.sg
); and KK Women's and Children's Hospital ( http://www.kkh.com.sg
). All of these hospitals have won awards at the
Asian Hospital Management Awards, with projects,
programs or best practices that are the benchmarks
for other hospitals in the Asia region.

Site Visit to Hospitals in Singapore 2 |
|
On the second day of his business
trip to Singapore, Mark Chan visited other prestigious
hospitals that are known for its International Patient
Center and/or clinics that cater to specific subset
of patients. Hospitals that Mark Chan visited, included:
Raffles Hospital ( http://www.raffleshospital.com
); Gleneagles Hospital (http://www.gleneagles.com.sg
); and Mount Elizabeth Hospital (http://www.mountelizabeth.com.sg
). All 3 of these hospitals have Japanese Clinic
/ Nippon Medical Care Clinic that provide medical
services for the Japanese people who live in Singapore.
Of special interest is that Gleneagles Hospital
has the first and only Korean Clinic in all of Southeast
Asia.
