Please call the International
Patient Center (04-2481-9900 ext.
1995, 2911) or send the Appointment
Request Form to make your
appointment on-line. You
will receive a confirmation email
or telephone call regarding your
appointment at the hospital, within
3 working days.

Please arrive early, since you
may need to verify some information
that is needed for hospital's
records.

Please go
to the Information Counter on
the 1st Fl. (Floor
Map - 1st Fl.) and hand them
your passport, Alien Resident
Certificate (ARC), or Jen-Ai Hospital
Registration card, and National
Health Insurance card. After verifying
and inputting your information
into the Registration Computer,
you will be handed a small piece
of paper with the OPD Room # and
your waiting number. Please be
sure to check which floor you
will have your examination.

Proceed directly to the floor
where you will be examined.
OPD is generally located on the
2nd Fl. of the hospital - (Floor
Map - 2nd Fl.), although it
may be located on Floors B3, B2,
B1, 1, 3, and 5, depending on
the medical specialty that you
are seeking. When you get to the
OPD Room via the escalator or
the elevator, please wait in front
of the OPD Room, until your number
is displayed. When your number
is displayed, please enter the
room and the doctor will examine
you shortly.

When the doctor
examines you and the doctor feels
that there is a need for you to
get further testing on the same
day, the doctor will tell you
which Examination Room you should
go, to get additional tests done.
Please follow the doctor's order
and the interpreter will accompany
you. If you don't require
further testing, please go to
the Registration Counter on the
1st Fl. (Floor
Map - 1st Fl.) to pay your
medical bills.

At the Registration Counter
(Floor
Map - 1st Fl.), you will have
to pay the standard registration
fee of 190 NT, if you hold the
National Health Insurance card;
and 300 NT, if you don't carry
the National Health Insurance
card. If the doctor has prescribed
you with some additional medicine,
please be advised that you will
have to pay the additional charges.
When you have paid all the fees
in full, you will then receive
a receipt with your waiting number
at the Pharmacy. If you
are not prescribed with any medicine
and you have paid for your registration
fee, you may leave the hospital.
If you came by car, your parking
fee may be waived for 1 hour,
with a proof of your hospital
visit (your receipt). Please go
to the Information Counter to
get your parking fee waived.

Please wait
in front of the Pharmacy (Floor
Map - 1st Fl.) and pick up
your medicine when your number
is displayed. Your waiting number
at the Pharmacy is located at
the upper right corner of the
receipt.

|
After you pick up your medicine,
you may leave the hospital.
